FRECUENCY OF THE SERVICE.

The service sends by e-mail to its suscribers:

• The text of a WEEKLY "GLANCE" every week on tuesday at GMT 12:00 pm.. We do it this way, because in the present-day Basque Country every weekend take place "strong" political or social events, which have remarkable repercussion during next Monday and which have to be recorded and commented on Monday afternoon. The time needed for translating the texts into the different languages delays the broadcast of the service until GTM 12:00.

• The text of a MONTHLY "GLANCE" on the 5th every month refering to the previous month in spanish. The Basque Red Net hopes to be able to translate the monthly analysis into english in future.

SIZE OF THE SERVICE (amount of words)

The weekly analyses have the size of roughly thousand words and at times are longer.

The subscribers have the right to recieve a more extensive weekly analysis (4000 words) provided that they solicit it by e-mail, any time they are interested in having a more complete and detailed analysis in spanish.

The month analyses sum in total roughly eight thousand words and ocasionally are longer.

CONDITIONS TO USE THE SERVICE.

1st. The author of the service keeps the copy-right of the texts.

2nd. This is a PERSONAL service offered to the suscribers. They are expressly authorized to make use of the text, as long as it isn´t in a VENIAL (commercial) way.

For instance: to make copies (on paper or electronic medium) of the text and to distribute them free among friends, relatives, partners, collaborators, acquitances…

That means that an Association or a Club or a Poltical Party or a Trade Union or a Company suscribed to the service can, immediatly after getting access to one of the texts, copy or resend it by electronic mail or on paper to its members/affiliated/employees.

3rd. The natural person or legal entity suscribed to the service who wants to include it on a publication (wether on paper or on-line on a Web-page in Internet or broadcasted by radio) is expressly authorized to do it, without having to take any previous step, provided that:

1. IT ISN'T MORE THAN THE EIGHTH PART of the whole text (to reproduce a bigger part a satisfactory agreement is to be taken with BASQUE RED NET).

2. the text is written with inverted commas; and
   

3. the author and the service are mentioned.
